The library is open 7:30AM to 3:00PM Monday through Friday during the school year. Books may be borrowed for up to three weeks in the high school. Student I.D.s are used to check out books |
PMHS Library Mission
The mission of the Prospect Mountain High School Library is to engage students in reading and literacy and to teach them to be independent and savvy users of information. |
PMHS Library Programs
The library offers materials in various formats including books, newspapers, magazines, graphic novels, reference materials, DVDs, video tapes, and audio books. |
Education Program
The PMHS Library education program consists of instruction for students and school community members in either a group or individual setting on the following:
- Use of the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) Evaluating Websites
- Online Services available at PMHS Plagiarism and Cheating
- Proper Citations – MLA Style
Librarian is available for collaboration on any research projects.
