My name is Hollie Kelley, and this is my fourth year teaching at PMHS. I taught for 4 years at Spaulding Youth Center, a year at Spurwink, and then a year at Barnstead Elementary School before I decided to stay at home with my daughters. I ran an in home daycare/preschool for 17 years before coming back to teaching as the Family and Consumer Science teacher. The classes that I offer in my food discipline are Food and Nutrition, Baking and Pastry, and International Cooking. I also offer a class in Human Development and introduced two new classes this year, Living on your Own for juniors and seniors, and an Event Planning class. I have a B.S. in Elementary Education from Keene State College and have taken graduate courses at Notre Dame College. When I am not at Prospect I can be found at the soccer field or basketball court watching my two youngest daughters play while my two oldest are at college, or at my Crossfit gym trying to stay strong.
